How this program works:
- Lone Star Real Estate will perform a Market Analysis of your home to determine the value and selling price that will work best for your property.
- You pay $499 initially up front and sign an exclusive right to sell listing agreement to start the listing. This agreement allows me to go to work for you.
- At closing you pay 3% to the buyers agent, weather its an outside agent or if I bring the buyer myself.
- At Closing you pay a Transaction Fee of $499 to the Broker.

- Update Monthly reports are sent to show how many buyers have looked or inquired about your property.
